Background: Hirsutism is a common clinical problem that cause great distress to the patient, and which true incidence unknown. However, it more among Mediterranean women. excessive terminal hair growth in women androgen-dependent. Often of hyperandrogenism but can be also idiopathic. In hyperandrogenic states like cases PCOS, associate with other cutaneous signs this endocrine disorder acne AGA.Aim study: To evaluate prevalence non-scaring loss (alopecia) female patients complaining hirsutism.Patients Methods: Cross-sectional study was conducted on than 90 who have hirsutism within reproductive age (married UN married) complained A special questionnaire design developed record all their data.
